This song is about a phone call received from an old friend that was out on a drive and struggling to hang on. These two guys hadn’t spoken in a few years, the call was completely out of the blue. The back and forth lasted a long time, two voices, hundreds of miles apart. Hold on, hold on, hold on. Fear, tears, and eventually laughter…
Fu*king be there for someone. Not in your mind, in their mind.
