Nap Chape dénonce une fois de plus la situation d'oppression dans laquelle se trouve le peuple haïtien. Evoquant les classes dirigeantes, politiques et économiques, mais aussi les couches plus troubles de la société, je les interroge sur l'état d'inaction et d'incompréhension dans lesquels ils sont rendus. C'est aussi une dénonciation de la reproduction du système historique de prédation par les nouveaux arrivants dans les différentes sphères de pouvoir.
Nap Chape scande des questions à ces nouveaux dirigeants, sa n'ap tann? (qu'est ce que vous attendez?), sa'n konprann (qu'est ce que vous comprenez?), ou kwè n'ap chape? (pensez-vous que le peuple va s'en sortir?)


Nap Chape once again denounces the situation of oppression in which the Haitian people find themselves. Evoking the ruling classes, political and economic, but also the more troubled strata of society, I ask them about the state of inaction and incomprehension in which they are rendered. It is also a denunciation of the reproduction of the historical system of predation by newcomers in the various spheres of power. Nap Chape chants questions to these new leaders, sa n'ap tann? (what do you wait?), sa'n konprann (what do you understand?), or kwè n'ap chape? (do you think the will people get by?)
