In this video, we are looking at a transcription of a section from Tigran Hamasyan's solo piano performance of Road Song at NPR Music's Tiny Desk Concert.

During this improvisation, Tigran plays complex polyrhythms and rhythmic displacements while never losing track of the meter and form of the piece.
