Yang Ruhuai ( 1925 - 2012 )
Yang Ruhuai, male, born in August 1925 in Zunhua County, Hebei Province, is an expert in musical analysis. He graduated from the Department of Western Languages and Literature at Fu Jen Catholic University in Beijing in 1948 and from the Department of Music at Yenching University in 1950. He is a professor in the Department of Music Theory and Composition at the Central Conservatory of Music and a doctoral supervisor. He has also served as a member of the 7th and 8th Beijing Municipal Committees of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
